City of Beaumont - Perlstein Park and Wuthering Heights Park
This combined project consisted of the design of walking trail improvements to two existing City parks. Neither park had walking trails previously, and LEAP Engineering, LLC designed a 6-foot wide HMAC trail bedded on flexible base. LEAP was responsible for the horizontal and vertical alignments of the walking trails, analysis and design of impacted drainage crossings, and the construction management of these projects. The construction cost of Perlstein Park was $92,000. The construction cost of Wuthering Heights Park was $102,000. |
