Silverstone Project Description
LEAP Engineering provided wetland mitigation services including biological surveys, monitoring, reporting, and Homeowners Association and USACE/USEPA agency coordination for an after-the-fact permit. Mitigation involved preserving, enhancing, and restoring 15 acres of emergent marsh and forested wetland in Conroe, Texas along Alligator Creek, tributary to the San Jacinto River and Galveston Bay,. Landscape planning included environmental signage, wood pier, and a pedestrian path through this neighborhood amenity.
