The Lake Charmaine Dam Facility was designed for a 142 acre reservoir in Tyler County, TX.

Services included a hydrologic analysis of a 15.5mi² watershed, survey processing and topological modeling, hydraulic and structural design, roadway and traffic control design, TCEQ and EPA permitting and complete construction documents.
