IH-10 at SH-62 Interchange

Key components of this project included the designs of: a diamond interchange, an overpass to accommodate left-hand turnarounds, safety upgrades of the existing frontage roads, and drainage and storm sewer improvements.

Services provided by LEAP were hydraulic design, bridge layout and geometry, utility and storm sewer layout/coordination. The use of 3D renderings provided illustration of the design concepts and facilitated public education of the project. The utilization of retaining walls as a solution to accommodate IH-10 traffice maximized the use of available right-of-way.
