Crockett Street Urban Entertainment District LEAP is proud to be a part of an ongoing effort to revitalize downtown Beaumont. Crockett Street was a project done by commercial developers to bring entertainment to a once dormant district. This project has been a catalyst for other businesses to open downtown, further developing personality and vitality in the heart of the city. Several structures in the entertainment district are furnished with balconies to entice patrons to enjoy the usually warm weather. LEAP’s involvement in this project included the structural design of all balconies as well as the utility design of half a city block. |
