The Crescent on Walden Phase I LEAP Engineering, LLC recently performed the final platting of the Crescent on Walden Phase I, a private road community in Beaumont, Texas. When completed, this community will consist of 101 resident lots and two fresh water ponds. The project included the topographic and boundary survey of a 41.9733 acre tract of land and 10.6709 acre tract of land to support the in-house engineering and design of the subdivision. LEAP Engineering is also currently working on the survey and design of Phase II. |
