Director of Land Development
Molly Villarreal joined LEAP in September 2005 to serve as the Director of Land Development. She is responsible for the planning and design of commercial and residential land development projects including single family and multi-family subdivisions, mixed-use, commercial, educational, and religious site developments. Since graduating from Lamar University in 1997, Ms. Villarreal has 9 years of Civil Engineering experience in private industry and obtained her Professional Engineer’s license in 2002.

Her experience includes preparing project feasibility and due diligence studies, preliminary and master planning, development permitting, preparation of plans, specifications and estimates, and construction management.
