Jeremy D. Russell, RPLS, joined the LEAP staff in August 2004 to start the Surveying Department. He is a 1995 graduate of the Lamar University Institute of Technology.

Jeremy is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor with over 10 years experience in the surveying field.
