Chelsie Ellerbee joined LEAP in December 2007 while attending Texas A&M University at Galveston. Chelsie attended Lamar University then continued her education at Texas A&M. She graduated May 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Systems Engineering. Chelsie’s interests are in the coastal aspect of engineering. She has particular interest in coastal structures, shoreline behavior and wetlands. During college, Chelsie worked for Fugro Consultants as a lab technician. She became very familiar with soil characteristics and behaviors. Being a native to southeast Texas, Chelsie made the move to New Braunfels to continue her career with LEAP in the Austin Office.
